Just a few thoughts...

Today, a lot of things amaze me.

  • People who do a lot of talking but don't live up to the talk. I think this is called hypocrisy.
  • People who put conditions on love. Then it's not love.
  • Hateful talk. Hateful actions.
  • Hate and fear mongering in politics then dumbfoundedness when deaths occur. Duh.
  • The incomprehensible, juvenile nerve of a young, dumb, naive girl.
  • The dichotomy with which a person lives their life instead of being true to only one way. Make a choice.
  • How some claim to love but don't move to make the damage they caused repaired.
  • How some hide behind religion and use it as an insurance policy or means to, as they perceive, get what they want out of their genie-god by doing what is "expected" or perceived as good and true when their innate character only shows otherwise. Transparent, I say. Spirituality should come from a pure place, not a motivation to get stuff.
  • Meanness. Pure, sheer meanness upon a bystander.

Enough with the negative. Here's what amazes me in a good way:
  • My beautiful girl and her long, long legs
  • My life. My family--namely, my husband and children. They are the definition of karma for me, I think, if I do say so myself.
  • The handsomeness of my son.
  • The steadfastness of my husband. He never wavers. He's good; innately, supremely good and true and has given me a life that surpasses all expectations. Amazing.
  • Exponential love within the walls of my home. I swear, it just breeds!
  • How my life started out and where it is now and how on earth I made it here!
  • The transformation I've experienced in 3 1/2 years in this place and a specific person who has opened up my eyes to so much. I give a lot of credit to her for helping me to be happy where I am. (Yes, I know you're reading this and yes, I love you for all you've done for me and my family. I don't think you really know how much.)
  • Good food. Good wine. Good friends and the kindness that radiates our way each day.
  • Puppies. Cute.little.puppies. I'm a bowl of mush.
  • The capacity we have for learning in this life. And understanding. And growing. It never ends.
Peace.

You said BM. lol.
I bet this person you are talking about is 10X more dependent on you than you realize. And that her husband loves yours...wow. And the girls love each other. And the boy, well they all love him.
